New Crystal Skull Research
According to Frank Dorland, Crystal Skull Researcher, a piece of quartz such as the ancient skulls, Mitchell- Hedges, Max and others, could play a key role in activating our genetic memories that thus far have remained untapped.

This is a time of  great unfoldment and awakening in our world, there are many truths you  can embrace, I invite you to choose those that lead to joy, release fear, embrace love and the higher frequency of acceptance. Know that each moment you can choose to remember that:

Involution leads to evolution, know that going within and knowing who you are leads to your becoming more influential in your outer world.  Dedicate yourself to your personal evolution and cultivate a relationship with yourself that is loving, patient and without judgement.  Know that you are powerful and that you thoughts combined with your emotions creates reality.  Become aware that  you change the world with your presence.

Acknowledge your role-- See this as a time of great spiritual awakening, know that you can facilitate in this shift to higher awareness and consciousness by living love. Your actions inspire others to live by your example. Teach  Love, Compassion and Acceptance.
Make time for stillness---Turn off the TV and Radio.  Rest the mind as well as the body, create times of silence and contemplation for yourself, when we pray we are talking to God/dess when we become still and meditate, God/dess is talking to us. Listen to soothing music, focus on the breath, allow the mind to become calm

. Accept and Give Love--Remember there are two emotions, love and fear. Each moment we have the opportunity to  move from one or the other, choose always to accept love and to give love in the face of whatever. No matter how it looks love will transform it.
Take Responsibility---Realize that each occurrence in your like is an opportunity that you have orchestrated  for your personal unfoldment and evolution. Take personal responsibility for all your creations.

Presence is Power and Peace-- When your focus is on the present moment your creative energy is fully  available to handle each situation with clarity, love and personal power.
Embrace Forgiveness--Forgiveness frees up your personal power and energy to move through your life with positive purpose.  Any energy directed toward anger and upset drains you and lessens your ability to be fully present and effective.
Attune to love---Surrender your logic to your heart, allow yourself to ask does this feel good in my heart no matter what the choice may be.
Compassion is key--Live with acceptance and compassion for all individuals, Understand that all paths lead to the source and that there is always a bigger picture, have compassion for yourself that you may not know what that picture is therefore you may not understand the actions of others.
Embody Peace--Maintain serenity, even if it means  counting to 10 before responding.  Know that there is a Divine Plan always in place, Ask to be made aware of the BIG picture.

The Alchemy Of Abundance
ABUNDANCE is a word with many different- meanings for people. Some people immediately see dollar signs. Some see a good home, a family and security. Others feel blessed just to be in touch with God and to trust in the forces of the universe.
So, what does the word alchemy have to do with abundance? The meaning of the word alchemy comes from the ancient Egyptians. Alchemy entails raising an element-  to its higher vibrational form.
From a chemical viewpoint, it translates to turning base metals into gold. From a materialistic viewpoint it means having more money in our lives. From a meta- physical view, it means raising our level of consciousness to a higher level that brings us closer to God.
When  we are striving to feel abundance in our lives, are we not attempting to find a  feeling that gives us a better quality of life? We put forth so much effort to find abundance- dance in our lives, and  we have such a hard time obtaining it. Why does it always seem to be just out of reach?
The formula of alchemy propels us into the abundance we are seeking. This formula- la is the key to obtaining what we are striv- ing for in our lives, and that formula is unique for each of us. A question remains to be answered: How can we eliminate the lack of clarity that exists in our everyday lives so that we can begin to raise ourselves to a higher quality of life?
We already have many distractions in our lives, such as television, the Internet and shopping malls, that separate us from spirit. But, there is another invisible energy that creates a fog around us. This fog comes from the energies that emanate from the Earth itself, and it is called geopathic stress. “Geo” meaning the Earth and “pathos” meaning disease.
These geopathic stress lines create a spin of negative energy within their zones. Sleeping and living within these zones is related to emotional disturbances and dis- eases such as cancer. Geopathic stress emanates from under- ground water veins, ore deposits and natural- ral radiation from the Earth. Gamma rays from the Sun and other cosmic rays feed into these fields through the electromagnet- ic field of the Earth. Man-made energies such as the electrical systems, microwave transmissions, cellular frequencies, and chemical and nuclear wastes are also feed- ing these lines.
There is also another form of energy created by humans that flows into the “emotional body” of our planet. Human suffering, such as slavery, genocide of races, the bloodletting of dying soldiers on the battlefields and the fears of millions of people, has created unresolved emotional trauma that has literally been sucked up into the body of our planet. All of these forms of negative energy are feeding into a grid of energy lines that crisscross our planet. Some doctors have documented
s cases of cancer that were directly related to people sleeping on intersecting geopathic 11 zones.
 There are different ways to detect and balance the negative spin in geopathic zones. The most precise way is to use dowsing rods made of copper (sometimes known as L-rods). Once detected, the flow can be diverted by inserting a copper wielding rod into the ground crossing the line with a staple-like insertion.
Another way to balance these lines is with the assistance of the unseen forces of nature. Nature has an overriding form of intelligence that can be communicated with through a person’s intention when he or she calls on and honors Nature’s existence and her sacredness to the planet.
There are people trained in the art of dowsing and geomancy who are able to detect and divert these negative energy lines. There are some groups that have been reawakened to communicate with nature and her intelligence, who can balance these zones of energies by working co-creatively with her.
The mental fog that exists because of the web of negative geopathic stress can be removed through the balancing of Earth energies. Crystals and Gems are such and integral part of our lives that it is imperative that we know how to cleanse, program and utilize them to our and their peak efficiency and advantage.
Some of these enhancements that grace our existence are so much a part of our life and life style that we don't even think of them as crystals or magical in any way.

Crown Jewels
Any and all adornments that are comprised of stones and metals, precious or semi-precious has an energetic signature and resonance and affects the wearer accordingly. 
Most act as shields and protect the wearer from negativity,  outside influences and when the intention is set  may be used as an amplifier  of the wearers own energy.  This is one of the reasons that the crown jewels of the monarchy have such significance and value, they hold the energetic signature and resonance of the previous wearers.

 
How to Cleanse your Jewelry and Gemstones.
Cleansing is not the same as cleaning.  Cleaning is the removal of physical soil and dirt from the piece to enhance its visual beauty, cleansing  is the removal of energetic debris to create optimum energetic performance.
DO NOT USE SALT OR SALT WATER!!!  DO NOT USE TAP WATER.
these are harsh, harmful to the energy of the stone and weakens its effectiveness for future use.
To cleanse a crystal that has been used for every day use of wear and adornment, the simplest method  is to immerse it in water from a free running source such as rain, river, lake or stream water or water from any free running source.  Place the water in a clear glass dish and immerse the piece in it for 24 hours.  This will clear negativity and unwanted energy signatures and restore it to its natural energetic frequency.
If the piece has been severely used or if water from a free running source is not available the you may bury the stone, return it to mother earth  for 72 hours and the earth will return it to its natural settings.
WHEN TO CLEANSE
Whenever you have used crystals or worn your pieces in severe circumstances it should be buried to recharge and realign its frequency.
WHAT IF I USED SALT IN THE PAST?
Many of you have read in a book or been verbally advised to use sea salt to cleanse your stones and talisman.  The ONLY time i would recommend the use of salt  is if you have had a very violent and traumatic experience and the piece is extremely expensive then salt may be used to restore  balance however if you do use salt you then need to reenergize the piece in sun and moon energy for a full 28 day cycle in order to fully charge it for use again.
If you have used salt you may attempt to restore the vibrations in the following manner....
soak the piece in water from a free running source for 24 hours then bury it for 72 hours in the earth wrapped in natural fiber and finally recharge it by leaving it outside in sun and moon energy for a full lunar cycle.
GEMSTONE DISPOSAL
Sometimes despite our our best efforts, a stone or talisman  or adornment cannot be restored or repaired, these are living entities and should be disposed of with respect and dignity.  I was taught that they should be wrapped in a piece of natural fiber such as silk or cotton and buried.  Return it to the earth to be recycled  and used in the manner  she deems  appropriate.

Eternal Body Mind and Spirit
Anatomy Of A Miracle

It was a blustery 40 degrees below in the northern British Columbia bush and the local logger were taking their  scoodoo (snowmobiles)) out for a little fun.  Now in the north country unlike in the states there is a lot of wilderness much like Montana with miles and miles of nothing.  The usual practice among the locals is to pack their snowmobiles onto trailers and hook those to SUV's or 4x4's and go as far away from civilization as possible . Once they have removed themselves as far away as possible they proceed to do with the snowmobiles what teens do with skateboards, they ride them into gullies or ravines and then up the sides very fast to "catch air" by becoming air borne for several seconds at a time.  This is all well and good as long as the rider and the scoodoo are in synch but if either misses a beat....
So it was this particular Sunday  when aa group of these overgrown teenagers of between 35 and 50 years of age went to tryout a new more powerful scoodoo.  Accompanying them was one newly trained Reiki I practitioner.
All was lovely and going well  until one rider have his vehicle a little too much of a kick and when he caught air he missed his landing, lost his mount and ended up under his snowmobile  50 feet into the ravine.
All was silent, after all he had landed on snow, could he be OK after all...no it was too silent.  Everyone scrambled down the ravine to his side only to find him barely conscious and able only to move  his eyes.  His eyes followed them drowsily almost as if sleepy and then fluttered closed.  His face was very still-- almost frozen, no movement, no sound, was he dead....
Kathy our newly attuned Reiki practitioner scrambles to his side and feeling and almost uncontrollable urge to touch him but held back by the fear of damaging him further laid a tentative hand against his cheek, slowly  his eyes opened and she could see the confusion and fear and was almost over wheeled with a feeling of helplessness and inadequacy--- all she could think was.. "Why  didn't I pay closer attention in class if only I know what I was doing maybe I could heal him."
An inner guidance calmed her and she continued  to touch his cheek sending healing energy through out his body, while while the other guys decide what to do with their injured friend.
Ultimately it took six hours to get tom from that frozen  ravine to a hospital bed in a small logging town in BC without an orthopedic surgeon on  duty and with little hope of one for several days, the outlook for his recovery was decidedly grim...
The preliminary diagnosis based on x-rays was a crushed t-12 vertebrae and a cracked t-11, the surgeon called and said he could see him on Friday, this was Sunday night, he had 4 days before he would achieve expert attention.
Now before you ultra civilized  beings who are spoiled by american consumerism, HMO's and material medicine have a fit--- If that had not been the state of medical traetment then the rest of this story would be very different...
When Tom arrived at the hospital 6 hours after  his accident x-rays were taken and sent to the surgeon who instructed that he be placed in a body cast (immobilized) and sedated until he could arrive to treat him on Friday.
The attendant who received the orders scrambled them somehow in his head and placed him in a back brace instead , sedated him and went about his work confident that he had followed instructions to the letter and in the big picture he had.....		 Unaware of any of this and only informed that one of her students had been present at a snowmobile accident, sharon and crew (other reiki practitioners)  of various healing modalaties blue body, Healing touch and etc. rushed to the hospital to see what they could offer in the way of help and solace.  Upon arriving they found a heavily sedated Tom and a distraught wife trying desperately to maintain.  He had been sedated to alleviate pain and panic at not being able to move.  The seven of us went to work doing reiki, and blue body healing work.  We stayed as long as the hospital would allow us and then we set up delayed release treatment to work throughout the night, we left rose quartz tucked into his hands for muscle spasm  and went home to rest up for the next day 
Each day for 4 days we showed up at the hospital as soon as allowed and stayed as long as possible leaving delayed treatment in place while we were unable to be there. 
Truthfully we had no idea if what we wearer doing would make a difference or not, we noticed that on the third day when we were working on him in the evening he moved his hand, previously he had not been able to move at all, we trusted that what we believed was absolute fact, that he had the desire to recover fully if we could hold the vision and do the mechanics.
On Friday morning the orthopedic surgeon arrived and asked for a fresh set on x-rays of the crushed t-12 patient, when he was presented with them he seemed puzzled and again asked for the t-12 patients x-rays double checking the name and etc.  He was assured that these were indeed the correct x-rays so he promptly went to see the patient and nearly had a fit ..his carefully worded orders had not been followed and this seriously injured patient had not been immobilized with a body cast but placed in a back brace where he was able to move about freely and run the risk of pinchjing or even severing his spinal cord.  The responsible party or shall we say in his view the irresponsible party according to the surgeons reckoning needed to be found and dealt with accordingly.
It became a comedy of errors because no one seemed to remember who took the original orders for the body cast and the entry wasn't initialed (spirit at work no doubt.)...
However all is well that ends well, when the surgeon went to examine Tom it seems that an injury that threatened to leave him paralyzed at worst and bed ridden following major reconstructive surgery at best had managed to be almost completely healed in less that 5 days.
On Monday Tom left the hospital walking with a cane to support a remedial weakness in his left leg which the doctor assured us would go away in a few days.  It Did. 
Spirit works-- all the pieces fir together if we only allow and trust--- none of this would have been possible had all the elements not been present.  The newly atttuned practitioner who helped hold life force for him until he could get to the hospital.  The "antiquated system" that allowed him to languish untreated by conventional means for 5 days.  The drugs that allowed his mind to be open to the suggestions of blue body healing and the reiki treatments and delayed sessions.  The "inept" attendant who "misunderstood" doctors orders and put him into a back brace which allowed his body to move and adjust to the healing that was taking place instead of a body cast which would have cause him to heal twisted.
There are no mistakes... Spirit  Always Works.


Crystal Grid Work

Synopsis of workshop presented at Boeing Parapsychology club class on grid work presented by Alaia Leighland

Crystal Grid work is the use of gems, minerals and crystal 
to set the energy of a space. Crossroads mall has a crystal 
generator under the concrete chess board, that Alaia 
buried, and it was programming to create activity. 

Alaia had a home that she left vacant quite often. The area 
was  victim to thieves emptying the homes when the residents 
are away  She crystal gridded the house for safety and had 
no problems.   The result was the road appeared to be over
grown and too narrow to get a truck into.   When she removed 
the crystal, utility people then felt she had cleared the 
road and they could approach her house. 

The generator crystal should be in the center of the area to 
be gridded.   The generator crystal needs to be a single 
point and the point should be upright.   It should be clear 
quartz, because everything else already has a signature. 
Clear quartz can be programmed for anything you like.   Use 
small pinkie size single terminal crystals around the 
perimeter of the area to be gridded.   Place them with the 
points in a clockwise direction.   The perimeter can 
be external or internal. If the area is large, like 5 acres, 
place them about 15 feet apart. If the area is small, like 
the inside of a house, place them 2 to 3 feet apart. 

Cleansing - Make sure the crystals are mined in an 
environmentally careful way.   Cleanse the crystal by burying them, in cheesecloth, for 72 hours.   Also bury stones that 
provide the purpose you want to program the into the 
crystals.   Such as rose quartz is unconditional love.   Do 
not dig up the crystals when your energy is negative, as 
this will be imparted to the clean crystals. 

Programming - the left side receives, the right side gives. 
Write the statement you want the area to express and 
generate within yourself  what that feels like.   The 
generator is the only crystal to be programmed.   The 
generator will program the other crystals. Hold the 
generator crystal in your right hand and impart the intent. 
Place all the small crystals and the miscellaneous crystals 
with the generator for 72 hours. 

Setting the altar -  The dish may have sand, put the other 
stones in the  sand and place the generator on top of the 
sand.   The pinkie crystals are set around the grid as 
described above. 

Continental  Grid - Plan on leaving the generator.   One must 
be committed because the generator of this size would be 
quite expensive.   Intent must be non imposing, not to 
impose  your ideas on others.   The crystals probably should 
be buried, because they will be left. 

Planetary Grid - Your the generator, perimeter crystals and 
support crystals  The intent you program for yourself  will 
draw the negative of that, to be cleared
